π½ Step 1: Download TeamViewer QuickSupport #
Click the link below to download the official Ozzietel version of TeamViewer:

π§ This is a lightweight version that doesnβt require full installation and is customized for quick support sessions with Ozzietel.
π» Step 2: Run the Application #
Once the file is downloaded:
- π On Windows: Locate the downloaded file (usually in your Downloads folder) and double-click it.
- π On Mac: Open the downloaded
.dmg
file and follow the on-screen prompts.
No full installation is required β just run it directly.
π macOS Users: Allow Screen Sharing & Access #
For Ozzietel support to assist you properly, macOS users must grant a couple of permissions the first time they run TeamViewer:
- When prompted, click Open System Preferences.
- Go to Security & Privacy β Privacy tab.
- In the left menu, select:
- β Accessibility
- β Screen Recording
- Click the lock π at the bottom-left to make changes.
- Check the box next to TeamViewer QuickSupport.
Once granted, you may need to quit and reopen TeamViewer.
π§ If you donβt see the prompt, you can manually go to System Preferences later to update permissions.
π Step 3: Share Your ID with Support #
When TeamViewer opens, youβll see a window like this:
- Your ID
- Password
Send these details to the Ozzietel support agent you’re working with. This allows us to connect securely to your computer β only for that session.
π We canβt access your device again unless you re-open TeamViewer and give permission.
