For Outlook 2019 / 365: #
- Open Outlook and go to
File
βAdd Account
. - Enter your full email address and click Connect.
- Select IMAP.
- Enter the following:
- Incoming Mail Server:
mail.yourdomain.com
- Port:
993
| Encryption: SSL/TLS - Outgoing Mail Server:
mail.yourdomain.com
- Port:
465
| Encryption: SSL/TLS
- Incoming Mail Server:
- Enter your email password.
- Click Connect and you’re done!

- Go to Settings β Mail β Accounts β Add Account β Other β Add Mail Account.
- Enter:
- Name: Your Name
- Email:
yourname@yourdomain.com
- Password: Your email password
- Description: Anything (e.g., Work Email)
- Under Incoming Mail Server:
- Hostname:

- Username: Full email address
- Password: Your email password

- Tap Next, then tap Save.

Option 1: Using Gmail App #
- Open the Gmail app β Tap your profile β Add another account β Choose Other.
- Enter your email address and tap Manual Setup.
- Choose IMAP.
- Enter the following:
