Here’s how to log in and start sending/receiving emails in just a few clicks.
💻 What is Webmail? #
Webmail is a browser-based email interface that lets you:
- 📥 Send and receive emails
- 📁 Organise messages into folders
- 🖼️ Add signatures, manage contacts, and more
- 🔐 Access your inbox securely from any device
🔐 How to Log In to Webmail #
You can log in to your email via Webmail in two easy ways:
✨ Option 1: Direct Login via Webmail URL #
- Open your browser
- Go to:
https://yourdomain.com/webmail(Replaceyourdomain.comwith your actual domain) - Enter your full email address and password
- Click Log In
🎉 Done! You’ll now be inside the Webmail dashboard.
🛠️ Option 2: Login via cPanel (Admin Access) #
- Log in to cPanel
- Go to Email Accounts
- Find the email address you want to access
- Click Check Email next to it
- You’ll be logged into Webmail automatically
📧 Choosing a Webmail Application #
Once logged in, you may be asked to choose an interface. Ozzietel recommends:
- ✅ Roundcube – User-friendly, clean, and widely used
You can also set your preferred Webmail app to load automatically next time.
🔁 Forgot Your Email Password? #
No problem! You can reset it via cPanel:
- Log into cPanel
- Go to Email Accounts
- Click Manage next to your email address
- Enter a new password and save
